Below we have gathered some functions you as a student may want to turn to during your study time with us.

Student office

The department's student offices administrate grade reporting, handing out exams and key cards and handle other study administrative cases.

You reach our student offices at student_office.cse@chalmers.se, or by visiting them at campus. For more information and opening hours, click here.

Study counselling

Study counselling is for you who has questions regarding the department's course offerings, application and admission, course contents, entry requirements, degree rules, planning your studies or is in need of support in your study situation.

You can contact the study counselling on svl@cse.gu.se. For more information, click here.

Examiner and course coordinator

On every course, one teacher has the role of being examiner. The examiner answers questions regarding the disposition and implementation of the course and is the one who grades the course's examinations. On some courses the role examiner is divided from the role course coordinator. In these cases, the course coordinator is the one responsible for the daily work with the course, while the examiner is the one formally responsible for grading.

On the department's GUL pages we have made links to the course homepages for every course. On the course homepage, you find contact information to the examiner and the course coordinator.

Programme Manager

You turn to the Programme Manager if you have got questions regarding the overall structure and orientation of a programme.

On the department's Education pages you find contact information to the Programme Manager on each programme's page.
