Study Counselling

If you have questions about your studies, need personal guidance or support to put your studies into perspective, please contact the Study counsellor. If you are looking to become a student and would like more information about our programs you are also welcome to contact us.

Study with a disability 

The study counsellor is the Department's contact person for students with disabilites . Please contact your study counsellor for more information about extra avaliable educational support or just to talk about your studies. Read more about studying with a disibility at the Student Portal.

Transfer of credits and leave from studies

Applications for transfer of credits and for taking leave from your studies are handled by the study counsellors. Please do not hesitate to contact us in order to book a meeting concerning this. You can also fill out the respective forms for each application and bring it with you to your meeting (see below).

Confidentiality

The study counsellors are bound by a pledge of confidentiality in accordance with chapter 7, section 9 of the Secrecy Act, and on no conditions will they disclose information about a student's personal circumstances to a third party without the student's explicit consent.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering has two study counsellors who works with one respective area of subject for our GU students.
